As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I adjust my approach according to your unique needs.

At first, we will take time to build a mutual trusting relationship, in which you can feel safe and supported.

During therapy, I might suggest using the arts if and when it feels appropriate for you, as the art making process can help uncover and express emotions and lead to insights that are difficult to access through words alone.
